Zomee Fit is good for
Considering its features and price, the Zomee Fit wearable breast pump is ideal for:
If you’re a busy mom on the go.
Multitasks are inevitable for moms who have several children and working moms. You are constantly on the move and will love the Zomee Fit’s portability and convenience. Its cordless design, compact and lightweight body make pumping discreetly and comfortably possible, even during hectic schedules.
If you need an affordable electric breast pump.
The price for Zomee Fit is mid-ranged, not as high as Willow Go and Elive Pump, and not as low price as the Momcozy S12 Pro. But it is equipped with essential functions as most hands-free wearable breast pumps, offering flexibility and control for every mom in their breastfeeding or exclusive pumping journey.

It is A Hands-Free Wearable Breast Pump
I like the seamless appearance of Zomee Fit. It’s cordless designed, with the pump motor seamlessly integrating collector parts into a single piece, in a half-ball shape. This all-in-one design enhances portability and privacy, freeing moms from cumbersome tubing or external motors commonly associated with traditional breast pumps.
Like the other wearable breast pumps like the Elvie Pump, Momcozy M5, and Willow Go/360, the Zomee Fit empowers moms to pump discreetly and comfortably, whether at home, work, or on the go.
Its wireless wearable design allows moms like you and me to move freely and perform daily tasks while pumping, without being tethered to a power outlet. Some wired wearable breast pumps like the Momcozy V2, Elvie Stride, and Medele FreeStyle are portable, but you still need to take the pump motor with you when on the move.
Zomee Fit Parts
Zomee Fit consists of several main parts and some small components to be a whole piece for working: the pump motor, collection container (and lid), breast shield, valve, seal ring, and diaphragm.
When you receive the package, all the Zomee Fit parts are separated and stored and you’ll need to assemble them for use. Make sure you clean the washable parts before the first assembly and use.
Except for the pump motor, other parts contacting the milk should be washed and rinsed after every pump, including the breast shields, diaphragms, duckbill valves, collection containers, and seal rings.
Due to everyday use and cleaning, these parts can easily tear and damage. This case happens to every breast pump. So the manufacturers prepare the replacement parts.
If your Zomee Fit does not work as normal or any part is damaged, you can find the replacement parts on Zomee’s official website.
Flange Size and Inserts
You’ll get two 25 mm-sized flanges in the package. The 25mm flanges are very near to other breast pumps’ 24mm flanges. This flange size fits most moms in the US. So the Zomee Fit is a good choice if you have standard breasts.
However, it’s not always that ideal in reality. Lots of moms have different breasts on the left and right.
Luckily, the Zomee Fit includes two sized flange inserts: two 21mm and two 17mm.
You can pick the one that most fits your breasts and nipples. Don’t know what flange sizes best fit? You can use the included nipple ruler to measure and find the right flange size. If you need more information on this topic, check our flange size guide to find a way.
While the 25 mm flange size and 21mm/ 17mm flange inserts cater to a range of breast sizes, the absence of larger flange sizes may limit its suitability for moms with larger breasts. Not like hands free wearable breast pumps with bigger flange inserts available, the Zomee does not offer that option for Fit.
If you don’t think the 25mm flange would fit your situation, you’ll need to find an alternative with a bigger flange size, like the Elive Pump and Motif Aura.
It is a Portable Breast Pump
Zomee Fit appears to be compact in size, akin to the Momcozy M5. From its appearance, we know that the Zomee Fit is very compact. The real dimensions prove this.
Measuring 12″ (height) x 6″ (width) x 3″(depth), the Zomee Fit is small enough to fit in most nursing bras, being hidden behind the T-shirts and clothes, making it private and discreet for pumping. This compactness enhances the pump’s portability as well, allowing moms to wear it comfortably for pumping on the go.
If you’re like me, don’t want to wear a pump that is heavy on the breast. The Zomee Fit’s 263g (per single) would be acceptable for you as well, I think.
It’s a relatively lightweight wearable breast pump, the 263g of weight is slightly heavier than Momcozy M5’s 230g (per single) and Elive Pump’s 225g (per single), but much lighter than the Willow Go’s 385g and Willow 360’s 355g.
The combination of compact and lightweight design makes the Zomee Fit a good portable breast pump. It gets one point for this angle.
The default option of Zomee Fit does not have a travel bag, which is included in the Zomee Fit Travel Bundle at a higher price. Sometimes the bundle will be on sale and the price of the travel bag can be disregarded because you’ll get the bundle at the same price to Zomee Fit.
Digital Display
The Zomee Fit features a user-friendly digital display located at the top of the breast pump, allowing you to read the essential information at a glance.
The digital display includes mode selection, battery remaining, and suction level, allowing you to monitor every pumping session with ease.
The control buttons, including ON/OFF, mode switch, vacuum decrease, and vacuum increase, are also conveniently positioned on the top of the breast pump for intuitive operation.

Modes and Suction Level
With each breast pump independently controlled by the motor, The Zomee Fit supports single pumping only, allowing you to customize your pumping experience according to your needs.
Like all the other hands free wearable breast pumps, the Zomee Fit can pump in two modes – Stimulation and Expression.
More than that, it also has a 2-phase mode, which can be automatically switched from Stimulation to Expression. That’s very much like the Momcozy M5’s Mixed mode.
According to the manufacturer, each mode provides nine levels of suction power adjustment. That’s a positive bonus because you can fine-tune the pumping experience for optimal comfort and milk flow.
For me, I first tried the 2-phase mode to get used to it and then found that Stimulation at level 5 for 3 minutes and Expression at level 4 for 10 minutes is good for emptying both breasts.
Suction Strength
Is Zomee Fit hospital grade?
No, the manufacturer does not boast that Zomee Fit is a hospital-grade breast pump, even though the maximum suction strength goes up to 260 mmHg.
This high vacuum power ensures efficient milk expression, even if you’re a mom with challenging breastfeeding conditions or a low milk supply. My friend Jenny responded to this pump well, so that should not be a concern for you. She is able to have multiple letdowns with the expression mode. Traditionally speaking neither mode has ever been her thing BUT Zomee switched up the rhythm patterns and she does find them way more comfortable than the Z2 (Zomee 2) pump!

Battery Life
As an electric wearable breast pump, it’s not surprising that the Zomee Fit is equipped with a rechargeable battery, providing moms like you and me great flexibility to pump anytime, anywhere without being tethered to a power outlet.
Like all lithium-ion battery-powered devices, it is recommended to charge the Zomee Fit pump unit for at least 2 hours using the provided USB charging cable and a certified 5V/2A power adapter, before the initial use.
Once fully charged, the battery icon will indicate full charge on the screen, then you can use it for up to 2 hours of continuous pumping, meaning for 5-6 pumping sessions.
The quick charge feature of the Zomee Fit enables users to obtain a 30-minute pumping session with just 10 minutes of charging. That’s much faster than the Willow 360’s 20 minutes of charging.
Warranty
Don’t worry about your Zomee Fit pump motor breaking out. If this happens within two years of your purchase, you can claim the warranty to let the company solve this problem for you.
Yes, Zomee Fit is covered by a two-year warranty for the main parts like the motor. For other replacement parts, the manufacturer ensures a 90-day warranty. That’s the standard days for replacement parts to change.
Zomee Fit Reviews from Customers
I have a Willow and an Elvie neither of which I use anymore. I could never adjust to the Willow and was recommend this since there’s no adjustment period. It seems to get as much milk as my Spectra and is really comfortable. It’s sort of noticeable under your clothes but not much and way better than most wearable pumps. It’s a little noisy if you’re in a quiet room but where I work is noisy already so no one will ever hear them. The mixed suction/stimulation mode is fantastic. I’m really happy with my purchase and would buy them again!! They’re powerful little pumps for a fraction of the “luxury” ones.
Zomee Fit Review
I bought and used these for 6 weeks. They worked great and emptied me out in 10-15 min in the morning (6 ounces). Now after 5-6 weeks of use the suction is no longer working at all. I contacted customer service they told me they recommend replacing the duck bill valves after 1-2 months? How does this make sense/is it sustainable to replace parts every month? For a busy mother this is just not practical and I actually don’t believe the parts needed to be replaced, the issue was the motor. Let me also say that I have a primary pump and I only use this for when I’m on the go (maybe once a day). So to need to replace pump parts after 6 weeks, using it only once per day?? Don’t waste your time or your money.
Zomee Fit Review
I use this as my primary pump. I actually get more with this than I do my medela pump in style or my spectra S1. My only 4 complaints which are not deal breakers. Just got to know when deciding because still this is my favorite pump. First, I have cracked two bottles by dropping them from a height of 2-3 feet from the ground (they’ll chip on the edge where it hooks into the flange thing so they won’t stay connected.) Second, Pouring milk out of the bottles can be messy. I attached a video of the best technique I have discovered to getting milk in with the least amount of spillage. It easier to pour if the bottle isn’t completely full so if I know I’m going to get 5oz or more I’ll stop it half way and pour out and keep going. But anyways the best technique is to told your storage bottle towards the collection bottle about 45 degree angle and then tilt it upright. I tried to use the flange as a funnel but still get some spillage at times and I use the smaller flange adapter so milk would get into that rim and cause more mess. Three. I wish the collection bottles held more Four. The measurements on the bottles isn’t very accurate. See the end of my video where the collection bottle says 3oz but my storage bottle only shows 2.5ish. Lots of positives and a few negatives but if you are aware of them and know how to adapt it’s a great little pump!!

Zomee Fit FAQs
Can you use Zomee while charging?
Yes, you can use the Zomee Fit wearable breast pump while it is charging. The pump is designed to allow simultaneous use and charging, providing flexibility and convenience for users who may need to pump for extended periods or require continuous power supply. This feature ensures that you can continue pumping without interruption, even if the battery is low or depleted. Additionally, the ability to use the pump while charging offers added flexibility for busy moms who may need to pump while away from home or in situations where access to a power outlet is limited.
What is the 2 phase mode on Zomee Fit?
The 2-phase mode on the Zomee Fit mimics the natural breastfeeding rhythm of infants, transitioning between two distinct phases to stimulate milk flow and promote efficient expression.
1. Stimulation Phase: In the first phase, known as the stimulation phase, the pump generates rapid, shallow suction patterns to mimic the initial suckling behavior of a nursing baby. This phase helps to trigger the letdown reflex, encouraging the breasts to release milk.
2. Expression Phase: Following the stimulation phase, the pump transitions to the expression phase, characterized by slower and deeper suction patterns. During this phase, the pump applies stronger suction to effectively extract milk from the breasts, replicating the sucking pattern of a nursing baby during active feeding.
By alternating between these two phases, the 2-phase mode of the Zomee Fit promotes efficient milk expression while providing a comfortable and natural pumping experience for the user. This mode is designed to closely mimic the breastfeeding process, facilitating optimal milk production and ensuring maximum comfort for the breastfeeding mother.
Does Zomee Fit auto shut off?
Yes, the Zomee Fit is equipped with an auto shutoff feature. After 25 minutes of continuous operation, the pump will automatically shut off. This feature helps to conserve battery life and ensures safety by preventing prolonged use without interruption. Additionally, the auto shutoff feature provides peace of mind for users who may become distracted during pumping sessions, ensuring that the pump does not operate unnecessarily.
